Very disappointed. Thought I should 've loss 1.7lbs. Very active Sat/Sun & ate well below 1500 cal. I hadn't been counting everything like coffee creamer or salsa but will start.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
