Seem to be at a plateau here this week. Scale isn't showing a loss but I'm feeling more trim and clothes lay better too. Not doing much cardio- doing an 8 min ab routine and some weights. Diet is still on a south beach 1 1/2 type. Hmmm
115.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
