I love how busy this site is keeping me. I NEED to stay busy since I eat when I'm bored!

I do the same thing-especially at work. I think about food all day here. That's why I bring tons of fruits and veggies to eat if I must!

Today I brought my special k bars and cereal and a Healthy Choice steamed meal for lunch. Not as healthy as fruits and veggies, but it's an improvement from what I like to eat. This desk job will be the death of me lol. In highschool I could eat whatever I wanted and a lot of it and I'd stay small, but as soon as I started this desk job and hit 18, I got up to 140 with barely any muscle. People always said "oh it will catch up with you." They were right haha bastards.

Hahaha - I'm still waiting for it to catch up to my boyfriend - you should see how much he eats!!!!! He stays relatively active though I guess.. :) I have a Lean Cuisine, greek yogurt, and an apple for lunch. Try swapping out your desk chair for an exercise ball (if you can..) - makes you keep your core engaged during the day!

i can just imagine my co-workers faces seeing my sitting on an exercise ball haha!! I try to move my torso around which makes me look like a weirdo, but oh well lol
