In just a short time, with NO extra physical activity as of yet (weather factors) and sticking to a 500 cal deficit I AM encouraged by a 1.7kg reduction. Can't wait to SMASH IT when I start running as the weather rounds Spring. Keep on keepin on beautiful people of the world.
