Man size dinner last night, thats right! Im talking HIGH volume meal for just 570 cals:
115g green string beans
120g broccolini
35g pak choi
247g Ling (fish)
75g Pandaroo rice stick
50ml homemade dressing from equal parts sesame oil, soya sauce, balsamic
