I did my best recording my Sunday night dinner at my mother in law's house. I didn't record any weigh-ins this weekend, but my numbers were all over the place, but good this morning. It is so crazy how the scale can jump up 2 pounds even though you ate okay. Then, it quickly goes back down 1.5 pounds the next day. I guess that is the water weight thing? Oh well, I've been able to wear some clothes I haven't fit into for a while, so that is exciting! Hope everyone has a great week!

We don't gain weight (fat) that fast so when we have a fluctuation up, its important to remember its not real. It can be anything, water weight/bloating or just a cheat meal. We can correct it right away w/ betting back on the right course. So you seem to be doing well! So many give up when they see the scale go up, Its not real! and its so much easier to drop too! :D

That scale jump always frightens me, but you're right, it usually goes back down the next day. How exciting to wear old clothes that fit again! It's a good feeling. :)
