Today was weigh-in day! I thought I only lost half a pound but it looks like Fat Secret may only count in whole pound increments. That's ok with me, either way I'm down! I didn't always meet my daily calories (1550), my average for the week was 1680. My husband suggested trying to get down to 1550 in stages, like maybe go for 1600 this week. That is a good idea, so I'll still try for 1550 this week but if I go over I'll try not to go over 1600.
