try the keto bagel recipe - cheese, almond flour and baking powder - it has saved me from a couple of really bad bread melt downs! Everyone in my house eats it and likes it but they are sweet enough to save them for me (and they hide the regular bread). Gotta love them for that....but most of the time it doesn't bother me...I like the changes too much to let flour, sugar and yeast get the best of me.

yum that is how I make my chicken sandwiches but I use avocado mayo instead of mustard
