Throughout my life I've always been on the heavy side. Although I believe I am truly a beautiful person inside and out my self esteem always suffered because of the extra pounds. I kno it sounds sooo cliche but Jan 1st 2010 I made not a resolution but an affirmation that I would lose the weight.... because why? Because I deserve totall happiness and the opportunity to be comfortable in my own skin. I started off at 205 and today I'm 198. I don't know this time seems different..... everytime I hop on the scale and see that its going down its total bliss. That right there keeps me going. But until then I'm in it to win it. I'M ON MY WAYY!!!!!!
