My official weigh in date Today Thursday; down 1 more pound since Sunday. I am very very pleased. I can hardly believe that I am losing so nicely on Phase 2 -Like one of my buddies said, she lost her most weight on phase 2, so guys, don't be afraid of phase 2, as I was. I continue to not have craves and to feel satisfied with the amount of food that I am eating, so all is well with the diet. I have not been exercising since I left for NY and since I returned earlier this week; it takes me a few days to get myself in order. Will start today! Happy Holidays to all and to all a good day.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah for you girl! I just got a new South Beach cook book so I can experiment with phase 2 recipes, gee whiz there's so much we can have on this plan! I'm so very happy for your progress!
