Animal Hero's Journal, 19 March 2012

I been doing better the last couple of weeks since I journaled the last time. Despite my depression; I've managed to get my self to the gym every day after work. I've been spending at least half an hour to 45 minutes every day. Today I spent a whole hour there! Whoo hoo! I'm starting to really get into this again which feels good. I haven't lost any weight yet but it's good to feel like myself again; somewhat anyway. The only thing is that as hard as I have been working out and I'm tired out and want to sleep; I'm still having trouble sleeping at night. I toss and turn all night long. I'm almost to the point of taking something to help me sleep which is totally against what I believe in. I loathe taking medicine; hopefully I can get some decent sleep soon but it's been months since I've had a good restful night :/
