I stopped counting calories. I just couldn't handle it anymore. Constantly having to think about food all day: what I can eat, what I can't, how many cups, tbsps, , calories, sugars, eat this much, eat that much, all day everyday just stressing out about it. It was making me feel very desperate and emotional and as an emotion eater that is the wrong thing to feel is emotional. The last few days before I quit counting calories it was evident in my dietary choices. I feel better now and renewed. I've got a second wind! I thank everyone especially ambtreh and jsfantome and all others who have supported me through my journey. I know I will overcome! :D

Wow! I am glad that stopping counting worked for you and it shows in the weight loss. You have gone below your first logged weight! Congrats!!!! Decided how you will treat yourself when you log your first 10 pound weight loss? Think and plan fast, 'cus I can almost see it happening. :D I just wish I actually had a weighing machine to check my weight. I had just added my maximum weight minus 1 kg 'cus I was a lot larger @ 69. But I feel better and my clothes have started to fit a little less snugly! Yet, I had a binge day today, ah well, I need to make better, tastier choices tomorrow. (Sorry had to get that off my chest.)

I'm trying Intuitive Eating and weekly meetings for overeaters. I'd like to also get more active. Thank you for the congrats! I'm glad that things are going good for you too! Yay ambtreh!! I think I binged so much that now when I look at those things I binged on they make me feel sick to my stomach so I stay away or only eat a bit. Yes, better choices tomorrow for me too. Feel free to let it out whenever you need! You've been a big help and support to me! YAAAAY for you!!!
