Gotta get back on track. I thought it was just a holiday problem but I have gained as much since then now, as over the holidays proper. Rein it in and lock it down dude.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
