This has been a very good eating week, for the most part. I wasn't always able to get in all my protein and ate a couple of wrong things but the binge is over. Hurray! I had been so out of control that I began to worry I couldn't stop it.
Now I just have to keep up the good work. We are going camping this week and camping food isn't always the best but I will do the best I can and that will be good enough. Getting the rest of my weight gain off is not the primary focus. It is to simply make wise choices. I can live with that.
