I feel really content today...even kinda happy. I wonder if it's because I ran this morning. I haven't been running regularly but it sure feels good to get back into it. Going to try to limit my running to 3 times a week to keep my injury risk low. Going to keep swimming regularly and weight training regularly to keep my happy balance. I have felt super skinny and weird looking this week but today I feel good, strong, and fit. Ate breakfast this morning to stop losing weight and it felt good too to do food differently. Ready for the weekend. No biking on Saturday because I just don't feel like riding with my group. I'm going to run and do some sprints and then go the gym and swim. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm also going to go shopping, which I NEVER do, because I really need some new gym/walking shoes. I'm going to throw several pairs away because they either don't fit well or very very worn out.
