I am at a plateau 7 days no weight loss. I have been really good. I need to see some weight drop soon. So hard to be so optimistic and step in the scale with no changes. Ugh not fair.

Don't be discouraged! It happens sometimes. Some people have suggested mixing things up a little .. changing the foods you are eating while sticking to your targets for total calories and macros, or trying different moderate intensity activities/exercises .. but the main thing is to take a deep breath and remember that this is a life-long process and its the big picture that matters!!!
