Glad that I jump started my weight loss again! Feeling really great this week. I am finally at the point that I cannot wear the clothes I bought in February. Like they are literally falling off of me. Yay me! Confidence is back
255.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 85.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
