dbell rows: 20/8/2
dbell press: 35/5/2
dbell curls: 20/10/3
lateral raises: 10lbs/7/2
rowing machine: 500 meters
316.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
