So today is day one. I overate yesterday just to get in a last meal of my favorites. I ate cereal and PB bread at about 2 in the morning. I love getting up and reading and eating, gotta stop that if I want to look and feel better. That will be part of the challenge.

I wasn't very hungry today because of my "last supper", so I didn't eat much and it was all heathy foods.

My wife and I went for a 50 minute walk this evening. We hiked a ton in Estes Park Co last week and we want to keep the momentum. I joined a challenge to walk at least 30 minutes daily for the next 5 weeks, so that should help motivate me.
