I can't even begin to say how happy I am! I know that my previous few posts have been talking about how not losing pounds is okay because other stuff is changing but---the pounds being gone is the ultimate icing on the cake of my new found healthy self!

Today I had one of those other measures of change. I walked into school and another teacher told me I need new pants because they are almost unattractively baggy in the butt area. Luckily I have the next size down pants queued up and ready to go. The only thing that I don't like is that although I fit into them, they give me more of a muffin top than I would like to have. Ah, the troubles with losing weight! I'll take it though!

As I said yesterday----HAPPINESS!!!
258.2 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
