So, I lost 0.6 lbs. from my highest point on Armour--that's good, hope it continues. Going back to school on Monday to get my books and do my disability letters for my accommodations.

I want to get back to where i was for a few reasons. I felt good at 140 lbs and I can wear dresses without my stomach sticking through the skirt all the time--embarrassing. 🤦🏻 I want to be able to put a dress on and not be ashamed of the way i look.

Mom has hypothyroidism, too, but levothyroxine worked for her and she is on 100 mcg. She is on the warm side and needed a fan on this morning, but I didn't, so I stayed in my desk chair away from the fan and turned it on low. Mine isn't quite controlled yet, and that's probably why my body temperature is different than hers.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
