My first month consuming Protein shakes...I must say they are surprisingly filling and the energy boost is definitely present. Wish I would of tried this sooner, one serving keeps me full for about 3-4 hours

What do you put in them? I just bought hemp protein powder, and a fiber mix, and collagen powder. First attempt was filling and tolerable. Need convenience!

Try either a few strawberries, a whole banana or a green tea with raw honey. They seem to have a dominant taste over shake mix. Cheers :)
