Down 3.4 lbs. So the scales finally moved this week. As much running around as we've done, it should. Drs apps for hubby and looking for a new (to us) car...lots of walking. Plus hubby wanted to go to Walmart yesterday. 😣 I hate going there. Headed out again today to look at cars. I go to my Dr on the 31st. I think she'll be surprised that I've lost over 40 lbs. 16 to go to my first real goal of 225. Then I'd like to lose 50 more. I felt great at 175. People were telling me to stop losing weight. I can deal with that. I don't want to be skinny, just healthier. We'll see how it goes.
