so far it's going well. initial exercise pains gone. Diet changes have been easy so far but I'm having trouble getting the protein to 50% of caloric intake even with 2 protein shakes per day.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
