So as of my weigh-in this morning, I'm down 5.2lbs since starting on Tues. I contemplated not weighing myself everyday which lead me to the thought of weighing myself but not posting it everyday. Then I just said eff it! I'm going to do it so I may as well post it. I know I shouldn't, been told numerous times throughout my life. The difference between then & now is that I know weight fluctuates daily (as well as throughout the day). I know that my main concern it my weight on a weekly basis. That being said, I'd be glad to continue at this rate but I know it's highly unlikely as my body adjusts to all the sudden changes I've made.

Tomorrow will mark the beginning of working out. I told myself that regardless of whether I miraculously wake up @ 5am or not, my butt will be in the gym & I will do a minimum of 30 mins of cardio & some weight lifting.

I'm glad I finally found the spark to get back on the horse. Even just a few days in & a goal to focus on have greatly improved my mental state of being. I know it never takes much to derail myself, but I'm trying to make myself remember that it doesn't mean it's the end. Tomorrow is a new day to begin again. ; )
