This is Day 1 of my new 30-Day Ketogenic Burst. Feeling a bit...fat. 1600 calories per day with a 70-20-10 percentage of Fat-Protein-Carbs ratio. I am excited to get back into the swing of feeling good again. Have been paleo for a long time. Put on weight due to many factors. Had hit a goal of 210 a long time ago and let it come back on. Going to fix it starting now.
