Hello Journal & readers!

I took a brake from writing... coz I wasn't sure what to write anymore.
Things are fine, weight is ok, eating habits not so bad and gym is regular.... except that we switched the gym as of yesterday.
It is very unfortunate that the gym we were going to for the past 2 years decided to cut on services & towel service and they became cheap and dirty... so we had to look elsewhere. Now, we are back to our previous gym which costs a lot... they have older equipment as well as older members, however the place is clean and you name the service they have it!
On top of that, they will renovate this year, so hopefully the makeover & new machines will make this place even a better place to go to!

We will see how things go!

Hi, I added you cause your weight history sound similar to mine. How did u sustain all the gym going and healthy eating? The gym part I have down, as I used to be athletic. But its the eating part Im having trouble with! I have a major sweet tooth! Keep it up you look great! I hope to have a shocking before after picture in a few months! :)

xklingx ... it was hard, I used to do only gym or only diet and nothing would be achieved! So.. I woke-up and decided to do both at the same time. It took a lot of motivation a lot of dedication and will power! I have a sweet tooth too. I bought a scale, started counting all the food intake thanks to fat secret and workout every single day no less than 1 hr/day. The next month I slowed down with the exercise like 3 times a week, however I was measuring my food, counting the calories and being extremely careful for 6 months... and since Jan. 2010 I stopped counting to see if I will maintain my weight.. and I did it!!! :) So... it's all a bunch of hard work! Good luck & I'm looking forward to seeing your before & after pic!!

Good job getting out of the dirty gym. It's bad enough to have to go to the gym in the first place, but going to a dirty one can really discourage you. I'm glad to hear that you are doing well and feeling good Mimi, you have earned every bit of it. Enjoy the coming weekend.
