Results from Insanity Fit Test:

Move Name = # of Moves
Switch Kicks = 70
Power Jacks = 43
Power Knees = 81
Power Jumps = 21
Globe Jumps = 8
Suicide Jumps = 18
Push-Up Jacks = 17
Low Plank Oblique = 63

I think I did pretty well for my first time; gawd am I sore though! And that is just from the fit test...

I guess we'll see how well I fair with the first workout - Plyometric Cardio Circuit!
