Okay, for those who love boot camp or only have time for a quick hard intense workout. My abs still are sore from this workout from two days ago. Got a step or fat phonebook and good knees. Jump over, both feet side to side and forward. Don't do this workout if you are just getting started or a beginner. This is challenging and heart pumping. Start with 10-20 big jumps and work your way up. It is a killer, but don't do this if you are not a regualr excerciser.
