Well so far so good! I hope I continue down hill! Exercise is very difficult to get in especially at night. I found that exercising at night keeps me awake. Plus I have read it is better to exercise in the morning. I am going to have to push myself to get up at 5am to get in gear with the exercising! Yuck! I am up for suggestions if anybody has any ideas.
