Well, this is my first journal entry. I'm new to fatsecret. I've been talking about exercising and dieting for about 2 years now. I just haven't done anything about it. I would like to start getting up earlier in the mornings and jogging, but can't get my husband to join me, and I can't seem to find the motivation to go alone. Hopefully, that will change.

I had the same problem but I signed up for a bootcamp at 7am-8am for 3 weeks and now my friend and I plan on running in the mornings before work. We run in the evenings anyway. ITs hard to do initially but you feel great for it. Good luck.
