So I totally went off the diet rails Friday & Saturday, and didn't do any tracking - funny, I don't tend to track when I'm off plan, LOL! But today I am tracking, and behaving. I'm also falling behind on my exercise plan, but today I need to do housecleaning. I might make it to the gym, but if not there's always tomorrow....

Touch and go. Tracking is my LEAST favorite thing, and I've been bingeing, but I've gotten to the gym 3 days this week. Weight is maintaining around 142, clearly not going to get any lower until I straighten up!
