Down to 189 pounds today and the weight is falling off so fast it's hard to believe. Been focusing on getting 1.8g per kg of protein per day and I'm simply not hungry. Needed more energy after this morning's swim so I'm loading up on carbs and kcals so I can have a good workout this afternoon. If I'm strong in the gym this afternoon that will be a huge mark of success. Quinoa is loaded with carbs, protein and fat. I had no idea how nutritionally dense it was.
