So my roommate left a box of donuts on the counter yesterday and I ended up eating 3, after already eating out once that day 😩😩 ... this is why I don't bring sweets home. I felt guilty all night and then woke up w a food-hangover, BUT I'm going without sugar for a week now so at least it spurred something good
