It was a bad day today....boy, you sure do hold yourself accountable when you actually document what you eat. I had to go to Physical Therapy today for my back. By the time I got back my husband was ready to go...so all I've had today was junk, junk, and more junk! Going to have a nutritious dinner of baked chicken, fried russet potatoes(recipe from this site), and peas. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day! I pray that it will be!
