OK I need a kick in the rear!! My weight hasn't really moved since November!! I have 18 lbs to go!! I am so close but yet feels so far away!! I have slacked in keeping up with my journal and really only exercise a couple times a week!! I really want this last 18 gone for Summer!!! How do I get back in the "mode"?

You know what! It's so easy to make yourself believe you're in control and start slacking off updating your journal..... As you can see when looking at mine, I've been doing the same thing. I challenge you to keep a full food journal for ONE week and I will do the same. R U GAME????
