I have found this cereal, it's called Simply Fiber. It has 90 calories per 3/4 cup and 14 grams of fiber. It has has no sugar. I find it tastes best if you soak it in milk for 5 minutes. I actually use fiber soymilk, so for breakfast I'm getting 19 grams of fiber! :-) Kashi has a little too much sugar for me, I'm very conscious of the added sugars in products. Hope that helps!
