Okay So here I am 4 days without my ADVOCARE! :( I finally got the call that my shakes were in yahoo!! Lol. However I ran errands yestrday and decided to stop and get something quick for dinner! i admit that these few days have been stressful for me and that I havnet been eating well. That is no excuse. I am back on track!! I have lost one lb from yesterday!! So the burger didn't hurt!! I am so glad to have my shakes and get back to my healthy eating!! Plus things with my daughter are getting better!! Have a great day all!!
