Resisting that visit to the kitchen last night is HUGE! It's what I struggle with the most....late night snacking, especially disheartening after a day of healthy eating. Way to go!

Broccolibabe, thank you for the support! I think my water balance control helps a lot with that! Also, since I am counting calories right now, I treasure the taste of each one of them ) my breakfast today was tasty as never before

Annbailey, I am trying to make my meals enjoyable no matter what! I am strongly convinced meals are influenced by emotions, so have to learn to eat only with positive ones ;) I am trying to stay on this pace now

How lovely!
I cold-cure salmon myself, haven't done it since starting keto though. Not sure whether to keep using sugar, or find a substitute, or just use a lot more salt.
Nights without snacking get easier in a few days, I promise!

T8U9 thanks for supporting me, it means a lot! We usually make salted salmon like this: raw fish fillet, salt and sugar to taste, black pepper, then overnight to the fridge.. love it ) but this one is from a supermarket, so tastes different
