I am 6'! I hate when people say oh you're just tall your not overweight! That irks me! I was always the slim one...then I had my beautiful daughter and I did lose all the weight but then came my desk job and that's when the movement pretty much stopped and the weight crept on....the chair spread as they call it here! Well I am gonna lose mine!

You know I really hate that too...I am 5'8" i understand completely I too have an office job....and I too have the spread but some had to do with both my sons thought I needed to carry them in my butt. Good luck and keep me posted....I need all the support I can get...
