Jenny O's Journal, 27 July 2017

Well, I fell off the wagon at Christmas and have been struggling and watching my weight go up and up. Well finallyI decided enough is enough and started tracking what I eat again. I finally got my own weight watcher meeting and decided I better start to be aspirational to them and practicing what I preach, so I started tracking and even though my weight is up since I last weighed in here I have lost over 6 lbs in the last 3 weeks, which I am really excited about. This winter was tough with some medical issues with my husband and many trips to the Mayo with no resolution still just a lot of bills. But it is summertime in Minnesota and so I have been getting out there and moving! Joined the passport and hiking clubs at the state parks which have motivated me to explore new places, so its been fun. I'll be back at goal in no time!

I hope all of you are doing well as well!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
