Had a wonderful weekend with friends-definitely needed! Did well food wise until Saturday night and most of Sunday. It's a really good thing that I don't go out drinking frequently, the calories are killer. Increasing my water intake and planning/packing complete meals for school to cut out snacking. Am determined to lose this week. Gym was a zoo tonight so my best friend and I did the Jillian Michael's shred again. If I can move to get out of bed to teach tomorrow it may be a miracle. Hey, at least I know it's working!

3 Things I'm thankful for (Yes, Chris, you're awesome and I stole this!):

1.)When just the right song comes on the radio.
2.)Dr. Seuss stories.
3.)Friends finding happiness.
