It's been awhile since I last weighed myself officially. But last night I was able to and saw that my weight actually dropped 5 pounds since the last time I weighed myself. Its weird tracking my calories because it showed me that I really don't eat that much. It's forcing me to eat, and see what those around me were worried about. I'm hoping to lose weight properly instead of burning off more calories than I consumed. I've been restricting myself from eating carbs. and sugar, and ive noticed it really helps with not feeling constantly bloated or unhealthy. Hoping to throw some recipes on here at some point.
