Thank God I was able to go through the day eating the recommended foods alone! :)

I was surprised the second day too. The first day is rough....but the second day I was surprised at how full I felt by the recommended foods.

Yeah, it should be easier from here on out. But be careful of the weekends! I found it was harder because I didn't have the structure I have during the week at work. Good luck today!

I'm pretty worried bout the weekends too! Especially since that's when we have family gatherings and LOTS of food. PIZZA! ICE CREAM! YUMYUM.
