I was surprised the second day too. The first day is rough....but the second day I was surprised at how full I felt by the recommended foods.

Yeah, it should be easier from here on out. But be careful of the weekends! I found it was harder because I didn't have the structure I have during the week at work.

I'm pretty worried bout the weekends too! Especially since that's when we have family gatherings and LOTS of food. PIZZA! ICE CREAM! YUMYUM.
