Well the no smoking is on the back burner again. I am cutting down though so will see. I finally logged all my food today and my cals burnt. I know what to do yada yada yada. I just can't seem to stick with it for the long haul. Anyhow, our new puppy has been keeping me on my toes for sure. We sure miss out Bugz but the puppy has helped. We r still looking at properties on the Rock river. Fun but funny in a way bc the realtors are slow to get back to ya. It's like hello do u want paid or no? I take it as a sign that there's better yet to be seen;-)

Mistybenner - fighting the same smoke, don't smoke go days, pick em up battle. It's a tough one. One that requires, me anyway, to be in the right frame of mind or I blow it. Good luck to us :D:D give a shout if I can assist in anyway. The battle is real!
