I have not been having problems sticking to the diet. Been eating lots of chicken ceasar salad :) I'm addicted now. Found some hershey sticks that are 60 calories and only 6 grams of carbs each! And found a cheescake that has tiny slices and only 17 grams of carbs per slice!!

Only problem has been the constant 14 hour shifts and 7 day weeks I have been pulling lately so I'm too tired to start exercising but should be able to do that after the first of the year!!
