Good morning everyone! Have a question. I am finding it hard to hit my calorie count on this low fat diet I am doing. Did talk to my sister and she recommended using protein powder in the foods I am eating. I have not been feeling hungry but it is hard to come up with 1800 calories when everything you are eating is low in fat. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :-)
