I decided to have me some liver and onions with gravy, red beans and rice, scrambled eggs, and English muffin.

Is this a cheat meal?

SailorEarth Not a cheap meal I eat like this all the time. I eat what I want and exercise 5 days awake most of time. If I restrict myself from the food I love them I overindulge in other areas until I get the food I love, and then I over eat. The best way for me to illuminate that behavior I eat what I want in moderation. If I crave it then I will have it. I found out that works out much better for me in my nutritional lifestyle change.
