You really need to give any diet 3 or 4 weeks to really see how it works for you. You also have to pay attention to how your clothes fit and not just the scale as a gauge with weight loss. Many people will see fat loss but not a lot of movement on the scale especially with low carb diets. Being active also helps with weight loss (especially if your struggling to lose). Good luck!
