Something other than Hospital Food for a change!

One Avocado, Fried Chicken w/o the good parts, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, & a wonderful tablespoon of Lao Gan Ma Fried Chili Oil (Great Stuff)! (F=40.96 C=5.38(Net) P=33.17 Calories=541)

In honor of next week's "Fasting for Five Days after 5pm", I'm having this at 3:00am. :) Will be skipping the facility's breakfast, which for me would be a couple sad breakfast sausages, as the main dish is Pancakes. Keto is problematic when other people control most of your food, but I'm somehow getting results. Losing consistently for the first time in a long time--while also getting stronger in Physical Therapy. Keto strips are a Godsend, as they tell you when the scale is full of it when you're full of water.

Really appreciate everyone's fine example & all the nice folks here on FS.
418.8 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
